LEMON RASAM GAMA GAMA RASAM

Cooked and mashed thurdal 1/4 cup,tomato 1,hing,curry leaf,lemon 1 or 11/2.FOR GRINDING 1tsp urad dal,3 red chilli,(or acc to taste),jeera 1tsp,grated coconut konjam.Fry u.dal and red chilli in ghee.grind it in mixer along with raw grated coconut and raw jeera to very fine smooth paste.keep aside.Dissolve mashed thur dal in 2 and half cup water.(paruppu nanna karainju irukanum) add salt ,hing,podiya narukina curry leaf,thakali.Bring full boil in medium flame.add ground paste.boil it for 10mts(nalla vasanai varum) adjust water if necessary.Pongi varumpode thaluchufy with kaduhu,jeera,curry leaf.switch off.garnish with kothamalli(innikku yenkitta illai.so dint add).add lemon juice
