ginger tea which helps to reduce weight
Peel grind ginger adding little water. Squeeze enough lime. Make sugar syrup. When syrup is cool add lime juice and ginger juice. Mix well and store in a bottle. This ginger juice concentrate is good for weight loss. Add 1| 2 tbsp juice to warm water and drink in empty stomach.
