Vazhai poo vadai

Kadalai paruppu 1 cup measure
Tuvaramparuppu 1 cup measure
Soak both for 30 minutes.
Cook vazhai poo after removing the 
Pollen grains.
Half cook is also sufficient. Just steam boil)
Put together the soaked dhal and vazhaipoo
Alongwith red chillies 4 - 5 
and grind in a mixie as we do for masal
Vadai. Add little hing(perungayam)
Coriander leaveswith sale to taste.
The rest is the usual procedure as we make masal vadai.

This gives a different taste.
