Vaazhkai poo soup

Chopped vazhi poo - 1 cup.
Sambar Venga yam chopped- 10 nos



Garlic- 3 nos chopped( optional)
Pudina, coriander leaves, curry leaves_ little.
Jeera and pepper dry roasted and crushed - 1 1/2 tsp.
Toor dhal cooked- 1 cup.
Nattu thakkali chopped - 2 nos.

Method:
In a pan, add ghee. When heated add onion, garlic , pudina, coriander, curry leaves and poo. 
Add turmeric and salt.
Then add chopped tomatoes and sauté for few more minutes. Add water and close the pan with a lid and simmer for 10 mts till poo is fully cooked.
Now, add the cooked dhal and adjust the water by adding some more .
Finally, springless the jeera pepper powder and a t.sp of.butter.
The soup is ready for serving.
