Andhra paruppu podi

Tuvar dal 1/4 cup
Pottukadalai / roasted gram dal 1 cup
Red chillies (taste achieved if v use Guntur sannam variety if not our regular red chillies) 15-20 no depending on spice
Peanuts 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves (optional but recommended) 6-8 cloves
Jeera 1 TSP
Pepper 1 TSP
Method
Dry roast each and every ingredients separately and cool them n powder
