Godhumai pidi kozhukattai with tomato coriander chutney

Dry fry 1 cup of samba wheat till it's hot. Soak some toor dal & red chillies in warm water for 15mins. Then grind it alongwith coconut. Saute in oil mustard, urad dal, channa dal, curry leaves. Add the mixture and fry. Add 21/2 cups of water, turmeric, salt & boil. Then add the wheat & cook till all water is absorbed. Shape into kozhukattais & steam.
