Take 1 onion and chop it into small cubes . 3 tomatoes small cubes, 3 long dried red chilli , salt to taste, oil and mustard for tempering.
Heat kadai with oil, add mustard and allow it to temper add onions and allow it to sweat .(I had added 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste which is optional) . Add tomatoes , chilli and salt . (I added little water to allow all ingredients to cook) . Once you can see it is cooked, switch off the stove and let it to cool.
Once it cools down, blend it in mixie.
Tomato chutney ready.
