Hang 2 cups of curd in a muslin cloth on your kitchen sink for about 4 hours to separate all the liquid from the curd. After four hours, you will get hung curd. Add to it 2 tbsp besan, chilli pwd, garam masala, chaat masala, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, chopped onions and salt and mix well. Make small kebabs with your hands and shallow fry on a non stick pan.
