1.blanch spinach/frozen spinach 11/2cup(cut into small pieces )
2.onion 1/2cup (finely chopped )
3.green chilli 2to3 (finely chopped )
4.salt
5.cumin powder 1/2tsp
6.coridander powder 1/2tsp
7.turmeric powder 1/4tsp
8.garlic paste 1tsp
9.rice flour 3/4cup
10.besan flour 1/4cup
11.wheat flour 1/4cup
Add little water if required and knead it to soft dough.
Add little oil over the dough
Let it rest for 5to 10min.
Method
Divide the equal portion.
Grease aluminum foil with few drops of oil pat evenly with wet hand.
Heat pan add oil slowly detach the thalipeeth from foil and place it in a pan covered for 3_4min cook.
Flip and cook next side 2to3min.
