Apple Jalebi

Cut apple into round slices, remove seeds. Dust it in some maida mixed with cinnamon powder & keep. Prepare a batter with maida, salt, curd & little water. Also prepare sugar syrup with 1/3 cup sugar, add elaichi powder & a few drops of rose water to it & keep. Dip apple slices in the batter, fry, then drop them in the syrup for a few minutes. Garnish with pistas & saffron. Tastes best when eaten immediately.
