Chole - I used mdh chole masala with a base of tomato, onion garlic ginger gravy fried in a spoon of ghee, once the masala is cooked add boiled chole to it ND allow it to cook in slim flame for the chole to absorb masala.. I didn't add color to chole... If u want the typical dark color in chole, boil some tea powder in water ND add that to chole while cooking it...
