Hyderabadi Chilly masala

 Saute long bajji chillies in little oil till its soft & set it aside(if necessary, slit it & scoop out the seeds). In little oil, saute a tbsp white ellu, a handful of peanuts, coconut. Then saute onions, ginger, tomatoes & grind all together. In oil, saute pattai, elakkai, cloves. Add the masala, red chilly powder, little water according to consistency, salt and cook. Lastly, add the chillies, cook for a minute & switch off.'
