Dry fry equal portion of Chana Dal(Kadalai Parippu) and Moong Dal(Paasi Parippu). Mix both and powder. Take 4 portions of Rice Flour, 1 portion of the aforementioned dal powder. Mix, adding required salt. Add some melted butter. Mix again, and add some washed Sesame seeds(preferably white). Add Hing, and then knead to a dough, adding enough water. Deep fry in oil, using the appropriate Muthuswaram Nazhi(Mould).
