Cabbage leaf momos.
Soak aval for 10mins & drain. Add chopped onions, ginger, grated carrot, chilly powder, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice & mash. Put cabbage leaves in boiling water till they are soft. Keep the aval mix inside the leaves & steam.
