Rusk Ladoos
Coarsely powder rusks in mixie alongwith elaichi(Add sugar if necessary. I didn't add as my rusks were very sweet). Saute cashews in ghee, then in the same ghee, saute coconut. Add this to the rusk powder. Sprinkle some milk & make ladoos.
