tomato paratha

Wheat flour-1 cup
Salt-3/4 tsp
Tomato-2 medium size
Redchili powder-1/2 tsp
Omam/ ajwain-1/2 tsp
Green chili-2 chopped
Chopped coriander-1 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
Method
Wash and chop the tomatoes.
Heat a kadai with oil add the chopped Tomato and saute until it gets mushy and switch off flame.
Let it cool,grind in a mixer.
Take bowl add wheat flour,salt,red chili powder,Omam green chili,tomato paste and little water and knead to a soft dough.
Brush with little oil to the dough,keep aside and roll into Chapathis.
Heat a Tawa,cook the Chapathis,drizzle oil on both sides and cook until brown spots appear.
