uppu-Huli dosa

Raw rice 2cups,grated coconut 3/4 cups,daniya 4tsp,jeera 2tsp,u.dal1tblsp,meethi seeds 1tsp,tamarind 1small lemon size,jaggery powder 2tblsp,red chill(acc to your taste.i add only 3(bcoz my kids dont eat spicy food.salt,Drumstic leaves(optional. i add kothamalli and pudina.First dry roast U.dal until golden brown and soak in water.Wash clean and soak rice for 4hours.soak meethi seeds.grind first meethi seeds and then otHer ING.(with out leaves) to fine batter.add salt.You can prepare dosa immediately or ferment it for 6 to 7 hours(today i ferment it).At the time of preparing add leaf.Spread the batter in tawa drizzle oil cover with lid .let it cook.dont flip it.Top part is dried and bottom is crispy
