Just soak 1 cup to ordeal/ green gram / Channa dal dal optional for 3 hours drain all the water just grained it dry don't put water just add jeera 1 spoon 3 to 4green chilli. Curry leaves and grated coconut salt as per taste just make unde ( oval or round shape ) steam it like how we make idli. Serve hot hot with coconut chutney
