Sol khadi excellent coolant. ..(maharashtrian special)

Kokum fruit (dried )4 to 5 pieces soak in a cup of water for 30 mnts . Take extract and remove the fruit. Extract coconut milk from freshly grated one. Add both of them. Add reqd salt. (U can also tamper with mustard jeera. I dint do). Those who like little spicy...grind one garlic glove and one piece of green chilly along with salt. Garnish with corinder leaves. Both Kokum fruit and coconut milk keep the body very cool. Whenever I visit Mànasadevi temple iñ Goa solkhadi is served along with lunch instead of butter milk during summer.
It's also very easy to prepare. Very tasty too
