After it forms a sticky dough, keep kneading it for 10-12 mins. The dough is ready for proofing if it passes window pane test. Now in a bowl, grease a spoon of oil and put the dough in it. Spray lil oil over the dough and cover the bowl with cling film. Let it proof for 1.5 hrs.

Once the dough is fermented, just press it to release the air gaps. Divide into two portions. Take one portion of the dough and roll it into 1/2 inch thick chapathi. On one half of the chapathi, take one full scoop of garlic butter and spread. Spread some grated cheese over it. Fold the other half of the chapathi. Meantime pre heat airfryer @ 180° for 5 mins.
Now take the bread and cut strips each of 1 inch thickness. Place it in an aluminum foil and drop it in airfryer. Bake at 180° for 10 mins. Ur cheesy garlic bread is ready.
