kaju katli


2 cups cashews, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water. Grind cashews and make a loose fine powder. Mix water and sugar and make one kambi consistency. Reduce heat and mix the powder and mix well. Turn off the stove. Let it cool a bit. Knead the dough well. It becomes nice and smooth ball. Roll in to your desired thickness. Cut into pieces and enjoy
