kudamilagai chutney

Udid dal 2 tabsp
Big capsicum 1(cut into pieces)
Small tomato 1(cut into pieces)
Tamarind 1(bor size)
Red chilli 4
Hing powder 1\4 tsp
Salt to taste.
Jaggery powder 1 tsp.
Oil 2 tabsp
Method
Heat 1 tab sp oil, add udid dal and red chilli, fry until get brown.
Transfer into a bowl.let them cool.
Again heat 1 tab sp oil, add capsicum and tomato pieces.
Saute until colour changes. Remove and let them cool.
First add the frid udid dal and chill into mixer.
Grind corsely, then add the in and tomato, salt tamarind and jaggery. grind it again.
Don't grind like a paste.
Only grind coarsely.
Transfer into a serving bowl.
Serve with idli ,dosa or chapati or rice
