I generally use varalakshmi brand jevarisi for this recipe.
Boil 1 cup water with a pinch of salt.
onceit starts to boil, add jevarisi. Stir for a min. Switch off gas and close with a lid. let it rest for few mins.

Later wash the cooked jevarisi with cold water & filter out the water. By doing so jevarisi will not stick & will be separate pearls.
Meanwhile, cook pasiparupu with a pinch of turmeric in a vessel.
[pasiparupu when cooked in cooker becomes very meshy]

In a kadai, heat oil & splutter mustard. Add a green chilli. Then add jevarisi & saute it. Now add pasiparupu, pinch of salt & mix well.
Once it cools down, add lemon juice & coriander leaves and mix well.
