Dahi wali Arbi. Seppankizhangu in curd gravy.

good for days to avoid onion garlic. Mix a table spoon if besan in a cup of curd. Cook seppankizhangu in cooker or microwave like we do for fry. Chop, sautee in oil a bit with salt and red chilly powder. In another pan in oil, add omam (ajwain), 2 green chili, some ginger, red chili powder, asafondita, turmeric, add curd/besan mixture, 1 cup water, salt, cook slow. In few minutes, add fried root and mix and cook together for another 5 minutes and all coriander in end and some lemon juice. Tangy and yummy!
