1c maida, 0.5c corn starch, some pepper powder, light soya sauce, few drops of lemon juice. Mix into a thick paste.
Blanch cauli flower florets. Dip in batter fry..
In a pan, heat oil, add grated ginger, garlic, green chilli, celery, spring onion, onion until soft.
Add soy sauce, chilli sause, tomato sauce, pepper powder, salt, mix well.
Double fry cauliflower (optional). Mix to veggie preparation.
Garnish with spring onions. Serve
