kofta curry

 
Banana & potato cooked & mashed 
Cumin seeds 1tsp
3 red chillies
2nos cardamoms
Ginger & green chilli
1 onion chopped
Tomato purée made of 1 tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tbs cashew paste
Coriander leaves
Method
Dry roast cumin seeds,cardamom & red chillies
When cool grind & keep aside
Mix mashed banana & potato,salt pinch of turmeric powder,ginger & green chillies (chopped)
Form into small round koftas ( u can deep fry if u want, but I made koftas in appam Kadai)
Heat oil add onions saute till soft
Add ginger,turmeric powder and cumin powder mix
Add tomato purée
Keep it in low flame till oil separates
Add the cashew paste & mix well
Arrange the koftas on a serving dish and pour the gravy over it 
Garnish with coriander leavessmile
