Take a pan with half tbsp butter and half tbsp oil . Add lil Jeera, 3-4 big garlic cloves, two small white onions, one red small sized onion all cubed, two cloves, one black cardamom, three green chilis, two pieces of kala pather ka phool, half inch cinnamon bark, fry. Add one cubed red tomato . Washed and drained Palak leaves -2cups tightly packed, Half tsp red chili powder, handful cashew nuts, lil turmeric powder. Fry for 2-3 mins. Cool and make nice paste.
To the same pan add the ground paste. Add salt to taste, soft Panner cubes, lil sugar, half tbsp butter, half cup milk ( I don't use cream , will just add full cream milk), simmer for few mins...
Add Nicely crushed between Palm two tsp dried meethi leaves ( kasuri meethi) , two pinches of kitchen King masala. Mix and close the lid and remove from heat.
I prepare this dish two three hours ahead , later heat and serve. The masalas would have blended well and panner too will taste good ..
