I have made an attempt to blend traditional summer coolers namely Sambaaram, Kulukki Sharbeth, Watermelon Wonder and Tender Coconut Mint cooler into western style Popsicle.
Recipe :
1. Sambaaram Popsicle :
Blend green chili, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt with ice cubes, water and thick curd well. Pour this into Popsicle mould and freeze it at least for 6 hours

2. Kulukki Sharbeth Popsicle :
Mix lemon juice, soaked sabja seeds, ginger, honey with ice cubes and water. Shake well for 1 min. Pour this into Popsicle mould and freeze it at least for 6 hours

3. Watermelon Wonder Popsicle :
Blend unseeded water melon pieces, lemon juice along with unrefined sugar syrup. Pour this into Popsicle mould and freeze it along with apple bits at least for 6 hours

4. Tender coconut Mint cooler Popsicle :
Mix tender coconut water, honey and fresh mint leaves well. Pour this into Popsicle mould and freeze it at least for 6 hours
