QUINOA CUTLETS

yesterday  made cutlets with quinoa and vegetables (no

  potatoes) for evening snacks  .

    

Preparation 

:
First soaked quinoa for 15 mts, then thoroughly rinsed it 


many times. Cooked it softly with 2 portions of water.
 
Sauted the. finely chopped vegetables (onion, carrots,


 peas)

separately with little salt.

Mixed it with cooked quinoa and added garam masala, 


coriander leaves, 2tbs of gramdhal powder

 (கடலைமாவு), chilli powder, and little salt.


Shaped it into cutlets and shallow fried in a pan


.
Since everything is precooked, it won't take more than 5mts

.

Came out very well than the usual cutlets.
