METHOD
Soak Thinnai, all dals and red chilli together for 4hours.

Grind it coarsely, add needed salt and mix it well.
Before preparing the Adai add finely chopped Onions, Coriander Leaves and Curry Leaves.
(If you want add Murungakeerai and Green Chilli too)
Enjoy with your desired Side Dish.
