Wheat ladoo

1.whole wheat 1 cup
2.powdered sugar 1 cup
3.refined oil for deep frying
4.elaichi powder 1/4 tst
5.ghee 1 karandi

Method

Make dough out of whole wheat adding only water(no oil and salt).roll it as we do for chapathi into round shapes.then cut these into square shapes and deep fry them to golden colour.at this stage they are called Sakarpara.powder this finely in a mixie.later add powdered sugar to this and mix well both powdered sakarpara and sugar..now add elaichi powder and mix well.with hot ghee gather a handfull of this mixture and make ladoos.this laddoo can be stored upto 1mnth and we take this on long tours.just 1 or 2 is stomach filling.
