BREAD WALNUT HALWA

4 slices of bread
One hand full of Walnuts
1 cup milk
1 cup Sugar
2 spoon butter
Ghee for seasoning

Preparation time: 10mts 

Method :
1. powder the bread along with the sides coarsely and also powder the walnuts separately
2.Add in little ghee in a kadai and roast the powdered bread till it turns brown
3. Add in sugar and allow it to caramalise and wait till the mixture turns brown
4.Add in milk and stir it continously and add powdered walnut 
5. Once the consistency becomes like halwa add in the butter

Enjoy the tasty and healthy halwa...

**Walnuts can also be replaced with other dry fruits and nuts
