1 1/2 cups cooked rice - cool it;
2 tbsp gram flour;
G.Chilli - 3 nos - according to your taste;
Ginger - 1 pc;
Onion - 1 big - chopped into small pieces;
Salt - according to taste;
Coriander leaves
Asafotida - 1 pinch

Take the c. rice and grind it in the mixie along with chilli and ginger - not too nice and not too coarse. Take it in a bowl and then add onion, salt, gram flour, asafotida coriander and then mix well like pakoda flour- no need to add water. Heat oil and drop it like pakoda or bonda or any shape of ur choice. Serve with sauce or chutney.
Grated carrots, capsicum can also be added.
