Channa adai

Channa - 1 cup, Raw rice - 1/2 cup, Aval - 1/2 cup, Dry red chillies. Soak all the above separately for 1 hr. Grind channa first & then the others. While grinding add salt, coconut, curry & coriander leaves. Rest for 2 hrs & make adais.
