Crispy Corn

Corn (shelled)-2cups
Corn flour-1 tbsp
Rice flour-2 tbsp
Finely cut green chillies-2-3
Garlic-5
Pepper powder-2 tbsp
Tomato sauce-2-3 tbsp
Chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Salt- as required
Pepper- according to taste
Oil for frying
For garnish
Coriander
Spring onion
Method
Take corn. Add both the flours. Put salt, bit of pepper. Mix with hand, no need to add water. Take a pan,heat oil,deep fry the corn. Drain it.
Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, add finely cut garlic,green chilli. Add both the sauces,give it a stir. Now add fried corn. Stir quickly. Add salt,pepper powder. Allow it to cool. Garnish with spring onion and coriander. Enjoy your evening snack!
