Hot and spicy vangibath.......karnatakas special


 Fry the ingredients shown in the picture and keep it adide....now in a kadai take sufficient oil add mustard ..hing....turmeric..chennadal..g.nut seeds..curry leaves....now add required thick tamarind juice add salt and jaggery...now add cut brinjal..long pieces and thick....when brinjal is just cooked add this powder..mix.....now to cooked and cooled rice add this required mixture and mix with your fingers
