1.Pressure cook half cup kollu with 3-4 cups water.This pressure cooked water can b used 4 making rasam/soup.Pressure cooked kollu can b used 4 making thogayal.
2.Roast 1tsp jeera,1tsp pepper & 5-6 garlic pods.Grind them with 2spoons of cooked kollu.
3.Prepare tamarind water(use kollu cooked water),add turmeric & boil,now add the ground paste & salt.
4.Once boiled,temper with mustard,curry leaf & coriander leaf.
