kollu thugayal
1.Dry roast 1tsp each jeera,pepper,coriander seeds with curry leaf & red chilly. 2.Saute with little oil1onion,few garlic pods along with tamarind. 3.Grind the above with salt & also add the cooked kollu. 4.Temper wit mustard
