Method
Heat oil add jeera ..onion..
Green chillies...pieces of capsicum...peas...saute...add all the dry masala and salt and add the potatoes...mix well. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Oil the whole capsicum and stuff the filling. Garnish it with cheese. Bake it at 200 c for 25 minutes.
U can shallow fry with little oil and close it and keep turning till it becomes little c
Golden in color.

Try stuffing capsicum with ghee rice and same process for roasting or baking.wholesome food tastes yummy with mayonnaise.
