1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup ghee
3/4 cup sugar
11/2 cup water
Cashew to garnish
Cardomon powder
First heat a pan add 1 tsp ghee fry cashews take it out.
Add rest ghee roast wheat flour until nice aroma. Meanwhile in another stove add sugar and water and allow it to boil. No need for any consistency.
When wheat flour is fried well add the hot sugar syrup and stir continuosly without forming lumps. Add colour if u like. Stir well until it leaves sides of pan. Mix cashew and cardomon powder and stir well. Serve hot or cold
