Wash brinjal.cut it as shown in the pics. Thick khadai Edith koncham oil vittu Flutter mustard and add brinjal. Koncham vadangina piraku puli karaichal( nellikkai alavu) manjal red chilly perungayam uppu pottu ellama nanna mix panni cook pannanam brinjal cook aanathum koncham .oil vittu( non stick) fry pannanam. I always use coconut oil.
