KARA KARA THATTAI

RICE FLOUR 4 CUPS
URAD DHAL FLOUR 1/4 CUP
ROASTED GRAM FLOUR(POOTUKADALAI) (powdered) 3/4 CUP
COCONUT SCRAPPED 2 TBLSP(OPTIONAL)
CHANNA DAL(soaked for 30 mins) 2 TBLSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 2 TSP
BUTTER 2 TBLSP
WHITE SESAME SEEDS 1 TBLSP
WATER AS NEEDED
SALT AS NEEDED
OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
ASAFOETIDA 1/4 TSP
CURRY LEAVES FEW
Mix all and deep fry.
