Roughly chop tomatoes and puree it. Heat butter in a kadai and add jeera and bay leaf..drop a spoonful of ginger garlic paste.. Once its cooked add the tomato puree and cook until it leaves the sides of the pan. Add low fat milk and bring it to gravy consistency.. Add turmeric pwdr, salt and coriander powder..close and cook for 6-7 mins.. Give a stir and add panner cubes.cook for 3-4 mins. Finally add garam masala, kasuri methi and coriander leaves.. Total cook time was close to 12-15 mins..
