BADAM HALWA

Badam 1/2cup
Sugar 1/2to 3/4cup

Milk 1/2cup
Ghee_1/4cup to 1/2 cup
Saffron_a pinch (soak it in tbsp milk)
Kesari colour _a pinch for (optional)
Preparation
Soak badams hot water for a few minutes and peel the skin.
Grind badam with 1/4cup of milk to a smooth paste.
Heat non stick pan 1/4cup milk bring boil add sugar and let the sugar dissolve completely.
Now add the badam paste,kesari colour,saffron and cook on medium flame stirring continuously. Once it's starts thickening and the sides starts getting a little fry and flaky ,àdd all ghee .
The ghee all be completely absored and the halwa will start leaves the sides of pan.now switch off flame. Halwa ready.
