my favourite starter all time urapu paneer

Paneer: 200gms
Red Chilli Powder: As per your spice
Turmeric Powder: 1/4tsp+pinch
Salt as required
Soybean or Sunflower Oil to shallow fry the Cubed Paneer
TO GARNISH
Oregano Flakes
Mixed Herbs
(Both store bought)
Pepper Powder
METHOD
Cube the Paneer and keep aside.
In fry pan heat oil, add red chilli powder and turmeric powder, just sauté it for sec on low flame.
Now drop in the cubed paneer without sticking to each other and sprinkle required salt.
Let it turn golden red and then turn the paneer to the other side.
(Paneer should completely golden red without burning)
(On low to medium flame)
Switch off the stove and garnish with herbs mentioned and pepper powder.😊
PS
Make sure the paneer is cubed thicker in size, otherwise it will stick to the pan.
You can enjoy this with Homemade Garlic Cream Cheese.
Garlic Cream Cheese
Grind Garlic and mix with cream cheese and garnish it with spring onion leaves.😊
