boil small potatoes until 1 whistle. Chop and fry 3 onions till translucent in cooking oil. Blend into a paste by adding the fried onion, tomatoes 3 nos, 2 green chillies, ginger and some mint leaves and cashewnuts (I did not add garlic but you may add 3 pods). Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fry the skinned small potatoes, add the blended paste. After the paste looses the raw smell add turmeric power, dhania-jeera powder, salt and further sautée it for 5 mins. Add 1 cup frozen peas.Add raisins and cook for another 5 mins. add fresh cream (optional) and garnish with corriandor leaves.
