THENKUZHAL ##
Ingredients : Rice powder – 5 cup, Urad dal powder – 1 cup, Butter (sunflower Dalda ) – 6 tsp, Jeera – 3 tsp, Hing – 1 tsp, Salt, Oil for frying.
Method : Mix rice powder, Urad dal powder, jeera,hing and salt. Now heat the sunflower dalda till it is nicely hot and add to the mixture . Mix well to crumbs. Now add water and make a soft dough. Put the dough in sieve and fry in oil the thenkuyal. Once the bubbles are gone remove.... and store in airtight container....!!!! Note : Can add 1 tblsp coconut milk pd to get a nice aroma....!!!
very good for health of all ages....at my home if u come anytime it is available as i do all snacks at home only
