Hot and Healthy Murungai keerai adai!


my hubby loves adai

My way:
Soak 1 c channa dal with 1/2 c raw rice, 1/4c toor and moong dal for 4 hrs. Grind with red chill. Add salt. Add murungai leaves and salt and mix. Make adais and serve with tomato thokku/butter/jaggery.
