Kothambir Wadi with Kothambir Chutney..

Clean and chop kothambir. Wash and keep it in strainer. Take a tray add 3 cups of wheat flour ,1 cup of besan , mix well. Add ginger garlic paste , add salt, haldi , hing , red chilli powder, little omam. Mix well. Now add chopped kothambir and knead well like we do for chhapati. Grease oil. I take d small vessel of cooker. Add the dough . Press evenly.. Keep for steaming. No need to keep whistle.. steam for 20 to 30 minuts. C that it should not stick.
Once the steaming done , leave it for cool, cut in to square shapes and deep fry in d oil... Serve with chutney or sauce.
