Manathakkali keerai soup



drinking  so many known soups made me very bored as iam obese...


so thought of doing something different..


tried this soup..
it was yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Manathakkali keerai soup


 In a cooker, Sauté 1 big tomato in ghee. Add washed and chopped Manathakkali keerai and peas and sauté some more. After two mins, add 2 cups of water and salt. Close the cooker and leave for 3 to 4 whistles depending upon how many you need to cook peas properly. After the pressure releases add coconut milk and pepper powder.
